WHAT: Gwinnett County Bake-Off!

WHEN: Saturday, March 28, 2026
Participant Drop-off Time: 9:30AM – 10:00AM EST Event Volunteers: Arrive at 9AM EST Judges: Arrive at 9:30AM EST

WHERE: Snellville Community Church – Youth Building, 2428 Main Street, Snellville, GA

Parking: The Fellowship Hall is behind the church, so follow the parking lot around the church to park near the Fellowship Hall.

Culinary Workshop: 10:00AM – 11:30AM Sign-Up Genius RSVP: 1st Place SU Finalists only.

Awards: There will be an award ceremony after judging is complete.

Rules for the Bake-Off
Leaders, Parents, Judges, & Girls!

  1. All recipes must be prepared by the girls ONLY.
  2. All recipes must be prepared according to the instructions.
    • NO exceptions and NO substitutions. DO NOT DECORATE.
  3. All recipes must arrive by scheduled drop off time and brought to the judging locations at room temperature.
    • If baked items arrive late or warm from the oven, they will be disqualified.
  4. Girl name, phone number, Troop number, and Service Unit name should be labeled on the bottom of the serving dish.
  5. Girls can only bake (1) recipe and only in her category.
    • You must bake the same baked item for each of the 3 contests (troop, service unit, and county) you are eligible for.
  6. The decisions of the judges is final.
  7. Use only the size and type pan indicated in the recipe.
  8. Use serving dishes that you do NOT want back.
    • County Bake-Off Team is NOT responsible for serving dishes left.
  9. Frosting and toppings will be judged as called for in the recipe.
  10. Each judge should be handed the judges’ sheet, recipes and rules.
